ECUMENICAL STEWARDSHIP CENTER
CAMPAIGN NETWORK

The Ecumenical Stewardship Center (ESC) has launched a network of capital campaign providers among participating denominations. The Ecumenical Stewardship Center has a long history of providing stewardship resources to congregations. The ESC Capital Campaign Network will continue this tradition in providing professional and cost effective capital campaign services to congregations.

The network of campaign providers provides a complete set of consulting services congregations need when conducting a capital campaign for building expansion, building maintenance and repair, debt retirement, and mission involvement. The network is made up of experienced professional capital campaign consultants who have the unique advantage of understanding the denominational culture of a congregation. Our goal is to assist in the successful implementation of a capital campaign and in the process strengthen the relationship of a congregation to their denomination.

The cost of the services of the ESC Campaign Network is lower than many firms because our overhead is considerably lower. Consulting firms that cost more usually have fixed costs associated with overhead and keeping a sales force employed. The ESC Campaign Network has developed a network of experts who offer their services with shared administrative costs. This gives congregations the ability to choose among a number of qualified professional consultants and reduce their costs.

The capital campaign services available through the ESC Campaign Network are custom built to fit the needs of the congregation including the selection of the best consultant for their situation. Also, the consultant who meets with a congregation will not be a salesperson but the person who will actually conduct the campaign from beginning to end.   Campaign services will adapt and troubleshoot throughout a campaign including campaign readiness assessment, congregational facilitation, congregational systems evaluation, facility master planning, and even architectural design.
